Training

1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 training sessions improve and build upon an individual skill set. Trainings are designed to identify strengths and weaknesses, build confidence through developing core fundamentals and to challenge the athlete to reach their full potential and advance their skillset to the next level.

Group Training

Group training sessions consist of 2-5 athletes with a focus on overall skill development. Sessions are designed to work together on strengths and weaknesses, core fundamentals and skill, and challenge each athlete to reach their full potential and advance their skillset to the next level.

Team Training

Team trainings are designed for teams to work together on team building exercises, team chemistry, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, confidence, and stamina all while creating a competitive and fun atmosphere. Team training is customizable to each teams wants and needs.
