Coach Jenice Groth-Vandawaker is a seasoned fitness and dance professional with over 13 years of experience as a studio owner. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and heal—inside and out!

Her certifications include Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Mindfulness (Meditation), Pound Fit, Psychic Development, Life Coaching, and more.

Some of her favorite dance and fitness styles include Ballroom, Burlesque, Pilates, Barre Fit, Stretch & Meditation, and Lyrical Movement.
