Our facilities are the perfect setting for your team training sessions, special events, birthday parties, family reunions, and more! Rental rates for these facilities are per hour. Submitting a Facility Rental Request does not automatically guarantee space, as all rentals are subject to current availability. Contact us soon to secure your reservation!

Rental Process

  1. To rent one of our facilities, browse our available spaces below.

  2. Review our Facility Rental Policies prior to submitting your reservation request, as all events that happen within our facilities or rental spaces are applicable.

  3. Fill out the Rental Request form as soon as you know the date of your event, filling out as many fields as possible so that we can provide you with faster service. Please keep in mind that all reservations are subject to availability.

  4. Once you have submitted your request, we will respond within 3 to 5 business days to discuss your event details and collect any additional information we may need to consider your request.

  5. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an electronic invoice. After the invoice is sent, the booking dates and times you requested will be held for 48 hours. If the invoice is not paid within this period, the invoice will be canceled, and the dates/times will be released for others to book. Once the invoice is paid and the rental agreement is signed by both parties, it will serve as a binding contract, and a final invoice will be issued if applicable.

Field and Cage Rentals

  • Our rental spaces offer convenience and comfort with on-site parking and indoor bathrooms.

    During the summer months, all dome and cage areas rely on natural ventilation to maintain airflow, as there is no air conditioning. Doors can be opened to help keep the space as comfortable as possible. During the winter months, all areas are equipped with radiant heat to maintain a comfortable temperature. Athletes and spectators should always take the outdoor weather into account when dressing, as it will influence the overall indoor temperature.

    The KST Dome features 12,000 square feet of usable space. Our total artificial turf space measures 130 ft x 70 ft. Each of our batting cages measure 15 ft x 70 ft.

    Party rentals include the use of 4, 6-foot long tables and 30 folding chairs. Hosts are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs if desired, as well as their own party decor.

    • Half-Dome—Infield Only (Th/Fri/Sun only): $65/hr

    • Half-Dome—Infield + One Batting Cage (Th/Fri/Sun only): $90/hr

    • Half-Dome—Infield + Two Batting Cages (Th/Fri/Sun only): $115/hr

    • Dome--Infield Only: $125/hr

    • Dome--Infield + One Batting Cage: $150/hr

    • Dome--Infield + Two Batting Cages: $175/hr

    • Two Batting Cages Only (no infield usage): $100/hr

    • Outdoor Baseball/Softball Field--$100/hr

Building and Pavilion Rentals

  • Our rental spaces offer convenience and comfort with on-site parking and indoor bathrooms.

    The KST front building features a rental area measuring 50ft x 38ft, providing a total of 1,900 square feet of space. The building is climate controlled for your year-round comfort. The ceilings are an impressive 12 feet high in the center, sloping down to 8 feet on the sides, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The layout offers ample space for various uses and configurations. The maximum capacity of 100 may vary based on the layout. Different configurations can impact space usage and seating arrangements, affecting the total number of individuals that can be accommodated comfortably and safely.

    Party rentals in the building include the use of 4, 6-foot long tables and 30 folding chairs. Hosts are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs if desired, as well as their own party decor.

    Our outdoor covered pavilion spans 60ft x 40ft, offering a spacious 2,500 square feet of versatile space. This inviting area is perfect for events, gatherings, and celebrations, providing shelter while allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. With its generous dimensions, the pavilion can comfortably accommodate a variety of setups, making it an ideal choice for both casual and formal occasions.
